HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! OMG TODAY WAS THE AWESOMEST DAY! those were the gorgeousish roses i have ever ever ever seen! they're sitting in my room so i can stare at them as much as i want. singing valentines...i didn't get to see a single one last year and this year i got to see 5! lol they are realllllllllllly good i was so surprised. and and and i got carnations from rachel ,xinchen, and jesse! not to mention yummy candy from everybody! i was all smiles :o) :oD *ignore the failing chem test part AHEM* lol. oooooo and tonight i went to see the Chinese Acrobatic Troupe of the National Taiwan Junior College of Performing Arts perform at Chinese Culture center! boy was i impressed. There was this little girl who was soooooo incredibly flexible she was just going back and forth legs up everywhere! and she would balance off another girl standing on her head or touching her feet to her head in a backward bend type thing. and then then there were guys jumping through rings of fire and knifes and i totally thought they were gonna get cut up or burned or something! ooooooo and there was the plate dance where they have 6 plates on these lil stand things and they spin them on lil stick thingies! and they kept them spinning while flipping and carrying other ppl. then they did chinese martial arts where they did all sorts of stunts with this big kinfe thing and swords and fl ipping and tai chi and who knows what else! OMG bicycle trick! like 12 ppl hanging off one bicycle stacked on top of each other or something like that! i was like jeeeeeeeeeeez. Then there was this thing called "juggling heroine" and and the most awesomest thing was that this girl was lying on her back and she had this huge pole balance on her feet and hanging off the pole were two girls (one on each end) and the gurl lying on her back was spinning the pole and therefore the girls round and round and round! Chair act! the ceiling wasn't high enough for the dude to stack like all 6 or 8 of his chairs so when he was balancing off the top he had to curl his legs down! he faked falling and everybody screamed...it was great hahaha. OMG CHINESE YO-YO i have never EVER seen ppl as good as this! totally nsync and they throw the yo yo like across the room to pass it to each other and they throw it while ppl are flipping and everything. and they did it standing on top of each other and woweee. hahaha they had maagic tricks too! and not bad ones either! this gurl was all tied up and they got this dude from the audience to sit with her blindfolded in the tent. another dude zipped the tent and then u hear a whistle blowing and they unzip the tent and the gurl has the dude's suit jacket on under all of her tie ropes! lol these ppl were the coolest! i mean they made a few mistakes but it was so great u didn't notice cuz they would just get more stuff and fix it right away! i was like AHHHHHHH i wanna beable to do that! but of cousre i can't sadly. oooo and i found out chinese dance class here is authentic :oP we did the flag dance that they did and also some "kung fu" and other stuff! awesome awesome day :o)
